I did the rhino clsd the metal gears running it on hard 4 spring
I’ve got the big bores all around and the CLSD the metal gear one . I’ve tried very high mounted battery and now more lower to gain a little more speed the transition is faster less body roll but enough to make it snap
Carbon deck, It’s like the 65$ one on Amazon has great flex it’s for the yd2 z fits the LTS great though
There is a stock parts list available on the http://teamyokomo.com . Most of the parts are re-used off other chassis- mainly the yd2.
Upgrades I did:
1. Big bore shocks with LTS shafts and long ball ends
2. Alloy bell crank
3. Removed oil and o-rings on gear diff (painted concrete spec)
Question:
Is knowing the upgrade path from experience?
Answer:
experience and just upgrading as required. The majority of the plastic parts are absolutely fine and I find that generally I’m only upgrading for looks rather than functionality. Also weight is a factor to keep in mind especially with a weight shift chassis. As a rule, anything low on the chassis keep light and higher heavy.
