Update ONE at a time till latest. Tools I needed updating from a Proxmox host...

Dell iDRAC Tools for Linux, v11.2.0.0

DELL iDRAC7 1.66.65

iDRAC with Lifecycle Controller v.2.10.10.10

iDRAC tools:
extract the archive and head to "Dell-iDRACTools-Web-LX-11.2.0.0-213_A00\iDRACTools\racadm\UBUNTU22\x86_64"

Install in this order:

dpkg -i srvadmin-hapi_11.2.0.0_amd64
dpkg -i srvadmin-idracadm7_11.2.0.0_all

racadm will be installed into "/opt/dell/srvadmin/bin"

download all firmware .exe and extract 'firmimg.d7'.
copy 'firmimg.d7' file to USB and mount on host system.
run the following command to update iDRAC with the 'firmimg.d7' file.

./idracadm7 update -f /media/usb/idrac/firmimg.d7

reboot, extract and overwrite with the next firmware version once complete. You can check iDRAC version with the following command.
